1. About this service

Zu Online at zu-online.online is a free, non-commercial fan server of the 2006 game Zu Online with an English fan translation. It is not affiliated with Onwind Digital, IGG or Shanda Games. By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's permission where your country requires it.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Accounts and characters may not be sold or traded for real money.

3. Fair play

Bots, hacks, speed or memory editors, modified clients and abusing bugs are not allowed. Report bugs instead of using them. Breaking this rule can lead to a suspension or a permanent ban.

4. Conduct

Be respectful in game chat, in blog comments and on Discord. Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonating staff and illegal content are not allowed.

5. Trading

Trading items and currency inside the game is fine. Buying or selling them for real money outside the game is not, and can lead to a ban for both sides.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary. As a thank-you a donation comes with Spirit Jade, a server credit for the shop in the personal cabinet. Spirit Jade has no money value, cannot be exchanged back or transferred, and may be adjusted if a payment is reversed. Donations are not refundable, except where the law or PayPal requires it.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other players or the server.

8. No guarantees

The server is run by volunteers and offered as it is. It may be down for maintenance, characters may be rolled back after a failure, and the server may close one day. We are not liable for lost data or other damage from using it, as far as the law allows.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post important changes on the blog. Playing after a change means you accept it.
