1. Overview

We keep only what is needed to run your account and the game. We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics or tracking tools.

2. What we store

  • Account: account name, e-mail address and your password in hashed form (we never see or store it in plain text).
  • Game: your characters and everything the game saves about them (level, items, guild, chat needed for moderation).
  • Technical: the IP address and time of your last game login, and web server logs (IP address, page, browser) kept for security.
  • Website: your blog comments, your Spirit Jade balance and the orders made in the personal cabinet.
  • Messages: e-mails and Discord messages you send us.

3. Why

To let you log in and play, to keep the server safe and fair (preventing abuse and cheating), to answer you when you contact us, and to recover your account if you lose access. The legal basis is running the service you asked for and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.

4. Cookies

The site uses one session cookie, which keeps you signed in and protects the forms against forged requests. The Events page may remember your time-zone choice in your browser. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Other services

  • Cloudflare carries the traffic to the site and the game and protects it against attacks.
  • PayPal handles donations. We receive the name, e-mail and amount PayPal shares with us, never card details.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts of this website.

6. How long

Account and game data stay while your account exists. Logs are kept for a limited time for security. Donation records are kept as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account. Write to us from your account's e-mail address (see Contact). If you live in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Children

The service is not meant for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we delete it.

9. Changes

We will post changes to this policy on the blog.
